P & I Insurance

This insurance covers hospital, medical or funeral expenses and repatriation, dispatching and other expenses incurred by the insured for loss of life or personal injury to or illness of any person arising from the fault or negligence of the insured ship and all persons employed by the insured, and expenses for removal of wreck and oil arising from the collision and sink of the insured ship as well as expenses for disinfection and quarantine of the insured ship.
