SAIB (UK) Participated in 2017 Chinese Lunar New Year Dinner by British 48 Group Club

On January 23rd, 2017, invited by the British 48 Group Club, Ms. Pu Huiqiong, the Chairman of Shanghai Asian Insurance Brokers (UK) Limited, took part in the 2017 Chinese Lunar New Year Dinner.

At the dinner, Mr. Liu Xiao Ming, the Ambassador of the PRC in UK, addressed the occasion by dating back to and concluding the development of the bilateral relationship in 2016, while looking forward to the hope for continuously maintaining the good cooperation between the two countries in 2017. At the same time, Mr. Jin Liqun, the Director of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and Mr. Osbern, the former Minister of Finance Department, made their speech respectively. The attendees were those from the UK governmental officials and representatives from the fields of business, education, culture and Chinese invested enterprises in the UK.

The British 48 Group Club has always been known as the “icebreakers”, that is a nongovernmental organization in breaking blockade from the West. Shanghai Asian Insurance Brokers (UK) Limited is the first insurance broker company from China that will take its advantage in industry to promote the close communication with them by its professional assistance to the enterprises both from China and the UK.
