The Road and Transport Bureau of Shanxi Province Authorized SAIB to Establish and Operate the “Shanxi Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform” （2017-07-18）

On July 7, 2017, the Road and Transport Bureau of Shanxi Province officially authorized Shanghai Asian Insurance Brokers Co. Ltd. to establish and operate the “Shanxi Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform”.

From now on, passenger transport vehicles, dangerous goods transport vehicles, semi-trailer tractors, heavy cargo vehicles as well as other commercial vehicles will be monitored by the third party platform under the constant supervision in 24 hours a day which will contribute to the enhancement of the emergency management capability of the road transport safety in Shanxi Province and to prevention of happening of sadden exposure in the road transportation.

The “Shanxi Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform” is the fifth provincial level regulatory platform promoted and launched nationwide by SAIB followed with those ones in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Tibet and Guizhou, and it is also another achievement of the Company to promote such mode within the country. Along with the increase in awareness to road traffic safety management, the third party platform mode will develop well in more provinces, and the company will exert its strength to maintain the safety of national road transportation.
