The Road and Transport Management Bureau of Department of Transportation of Hubei Province Authorized SAIB to Establish and Operate the “Hubei Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform”

On August 4, 2017, the Signing Ceremony of framework agreement on setting up Hubei Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform took place in Wuhan, and SAIB was awarded the qualification of setting up the platform by the highest score in comprehensive evaluation in the social selection there, and Mr. Bao Rongqing, the Chairman of SAIB, attended that ceremony.

At the ceremony, He Guangzhong, the Director-general of Department of Transportation of Hubei Province made an important speech, putting forward detailed and feasible requests on the third party platform’s overall application in Hubei Province, and expecting platform’s development and effects. At the meeting, Mr. Bao Rongqing, the Chairman of SAIB gave a speech, expressing the confidence in operating the platform well and quickly in Hubei Province. After the meeting, as the only representative of platform’s contractors, the Chairman Mr. Bao Rongqing received the exclusive interview by HubeiTV and other famous media.

The “Hubei Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform” is the eighth provincial level regulatory platform promoted and launched nationwide by SAIB followed with those ones in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Tibet, Guizhou, Shanxi,Sichuan and Heilongjiang. It is also the real evidence for SAIB’s third party platform to achieve support and trust from Department of Transportation of Hubei Province, after the trial of the road transportation third party platform in Qianjiang, Hubei in January, 2017. In the future, SAIB will continue to exert its own strengths to safeguard national road transport safety. In the future, SAIB will continue to perform relevant duties of setting up and operating the platform to complete the setting up of the platform in a quickest and best way to make sure the relevant matters would be in the national frontline.
