The Road and Transport Management Bureau of Heilongjiang Province Authorized SAIB to Establish and Operate the “Heilongjiang Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform”

On July 26, 2017, the Road and Transport Management Bureau of Heilongjiang Province officially authorized Shanghai Asian Insurance Brokers Co. Ltd. to establish and operate the “Heilongjiang Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform”.

From now on, the passenger transport vehicles, dangerous goods transport vehicles, semi-trailer tractors, heavy cargo vehicles as well as vehicles registered outside of the province will be formally monitored by the third party platform under the constant supervision in 24 hours a day which will contribute to prevention from happening of sadden exposure in the road transportation.

The “Heilongjiang Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform” is the seventh provincial level regulatory platform promoted and launched nationwide by SAIB followed with those ones in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Tibet, Guizhou, Shanxi and Sichuan. The establishment of that platform illustrates once again the affirmations and supports for SAIB’s third party platform mode by the local transport management departments, and SAIB will continue to undertake its responsibilities to safeguard national road transportation in the future.
