The “Guizhou Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform” Built by SAIB Was Officially Launched

On 18th, September, 2017, the “Guizhou Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform”, entrusted by the Road and Transport Bureau of Guizhou Province and built by SAIB, was officially launched, and Minmin Ying, the Deputy GM of SAIB attended the official operating ceremony in the name of the Company.

During the event, Yang Jiangang, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Luo Weihua, the Deputy Director General of the Road and Transport Bureau of Guizhou Province made the separately important speeches. SAIB introduced the overall condition of the platform from the angle of establishing and operating to the participated officials. Yang jiangang, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Minmin Ying, the Deputy GM of SAIB commonly unveiled the nameplate for the “Guizhou Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform”.

As the part of the event, SAIB attended the conference organized by the Road and Transport Association of Guizhou Province, discussed the new working thoughts under the circumstances of the third party monitoring. In the afternoon, Guizhou Platform also received the visit from the Road and Transport Bureau of Guangdong Province, and SAIB made a comprehensive report on the building condition, safety management effect and other related information to the officials.

On June, 5th, 2017, the Road and Transport Bureau of Guizhou Province authorized SAIB to establish and operate the third party platform, and SAIB successfully completed all the building issues for the platform. On September, 12th, the platform has smoothly welcome the first on-site survey from the Transport Service Division of Ministry of Transport of China. The official launch of the “Guizhou Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform” is the important step of promoting innovation transport management in the west area of China after the setting up of the Tibet Platform by SAIB. In the future, SAIB will continuously to safeguard the transport management in the west area of China with the close combination with the actual working condition of the transport management in Guizhou Province.
