SAIB Attended and Made a Thematic Speech on the 2017 China Eastern and Western Traffic and Transport Cooperating Bureau Officials Symposium and the Second “Internet + Transportation” Innovation and Cooperation Forum（2017-11-6）

On October 29, 2017, the 2017 China Eastern and Western Traffic and Transport Cooperating Bureau Officials Symposium and the Second “Internet + Transportation” Innovation and Cooperation Forum was held in Lhasa, Tibet. Mr. Wang Guohua, the Executive Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Asian Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd, and his party participated in the forum on behalf of the Company, and Mr. Ying Minmin, the Deputy General Manager of SAIB delivered a thematic speech on “Develop the Data Platform, Innovate the Risk Control Mode, Serve the Transportation Industry” in the forum.

This time, the theme of the forum is “Cooperation between the East and the West, Creation of the Future Together, Innovation and Development and Interconnection of Transportation” which aims to play a role of the “Internet + Transportation” innovation and cooperation in the East and the West, share the achievements as well as the experience of the traffic transportation construction, further deepen the practical communications and cooperation between the authority departments and the enterprises in such industries like road transportation, tourism traffic and intelligent traffic in the East and the West. Mr. Jiang Jie, the Executive Vice Chairman of the People’s Government of Tibet Autonomous Region, Mr. Zhong Xuanhui, the Deputy Secretary-General of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province, and Mr. Liu Xiaoming, the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Transport of China, attended the forum and made their presentations respectively. The forum has brought together a number of leading companies in the industry, and among which, 15 enterprises made their speeches including Shouqi Limousine & Chauffeur, ofo, UCAR and etc.

The third party safety monitoring platform is a brave innovation and practical embodiment that SAIB established to promote the “Internet + Transportation” mode, and which takes good advantage of the internet technology and big data platform to carry out the risk management and control of the road traffic transportation and to reduce the accident rate. That is also a typical sample of traffic transportation management innovation in the eastern developed areas. Up to now, the “Tibet Autonomous Region Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform” as well as the “Guizhou Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform” which were established and operated by SAIB have already been launched, and the effect of the platform has also been revealed initially. The third party platforms of two western provinces in Sichuan and Shanxi are now under preparation. In the future, SAIB will continuously take its own advantages to optimize and promote the platform and make contributions to the harmonious and win-win development of the road traffic transportation in the East and the West.
