SAIB Attended the International Reinsurance Platform Seminar Organized by the Shanghai Insurance Exchange（2017-11-20）

On November 15, 2017, the International Reinsurance Platform Seminar was held at China Financial Information Center by the Shanghai Insurance Exchange. Mr. Wang Chengbao, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Asian Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd., and Mr. Harvey Ho, Senior Consultant of the Company, participated in the seminar.

The seminar focused on the introduction of the construction and development of the Shanghai Insurance Exchange as well as its international reinsurance platform, and also gave a comprehensive elaboration on the whole set of services such as the reinsurance digital transactions, digital billings, claims, settlements and other supporting services provided by the platform. Meanwhile, various insurance organizations raised their opinions on the seminar which provided lots of valuable suggestions in further improving the construction of the platform. The seminar also provided a good opportunity for the renewal of the reinsurance business in 2018.

SAIB has been paying high attention as well as being supportative to the Shanghai Insurance Exchange since its establishment in 2016, and has also made some valuable suggestions on the construction and development of the SIE with SAIB (UK)’s resource advantages as well as its channel advantages. Being the first Chinese insurance brokers company going abroad, SAIB will continuously take its good advantages to provide constant support to the Shanghai Insurance Exchange in the future.
