Official Operational Start for “Jiangxi Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform” Established by SAIB（2018-2-11）
On Feb 1st, 2018, entrusted by Jiangxi Provincial Highway Transportation Authority and established by SAIB, “Jiangxi Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform” has been formally launched in Nanchang City. SAIB Chairman Bao Rongqing participated in the official operation ceremony.
On the ceremony day, Deputy Director-General Yan Yun of Jiangxi Provincial Transportation Department, joint with SAIB Chairman Bao Rongqing, launch the “Jiangxi Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform”. Director Yi Zongfa, Secretary of CPCPC Du Yifeng, Chief Gong Junji of Passenger & Cargo Division, and Chief Zhang Huaping of Safety Audit Division of Provincial Highway Transportation Authority, and Chief Peng Yu of Transportation Division and Chief Zeng Min of Safety Regulatory Division of Provincial Transportation Department attended the ceremony. Investigator Liu Haisheng of Provincial Highway Transportation Authority casted the ceremony.
As another agenda for the ceremony, SAIB introduced to the officers about the overall situation from a constructional & operational perspective. The Officers also visited the Jiangxi Platform.
As the Spring Festival Travel Rush began in February, the launch of “Jiangxi Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform” would promote the conception of road transport safety management from “emergency disposal” to “risk prevention in advance”, from “traditional form supervision” to “data precision regulation”, and from “governmental direction supervision” to “development of social resources”, in order to promote a further efficiency of road transport safety management.
The formal launch of “Jiangxi Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform” is another milestone of SAIB after the launch of platforms in Xizang, Guizhou, Shaanxi and Sichuan. SAIB would continuously combine the advantages of the platform together with the practical safety management work of Jiangxi road transport, consolidate and develop our technology & management skills to provide a better service for maintaining a good situation of road transportation safety in Jiangxi Province.
