Inspectorate of State Administration of Work Safety visited “Heilongjiang Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform” and held a work research meeting（2018-3-13）
On Mar 7th 2018, companied by Deputy Director-General Zhang Zhiquan of Heilongjiang Provincial Transportation Dept, The Inspectorate of State Administration of Work Safety (SAWS) visited “Heilongjiang Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform” to inspect and research its work performance. SAIB received the guests.
During the meeting, SAIB introduced and reported the preparation & operation situation and working mode since authorized by the provincial transportation authority in July 2017, as well as the general situation of monitoring data since its formal launch. Among which we emphasize on the working process and alarm dealing situation of the platform and also displayed relevant function modules. In the communication afterwards, Director Zhao Ruihua of SAWS fully affirmed the operation and marketization mode of the platform, and deeply surveyed in the investment situation of which. He also expected the platform to take a good advantage, instructed by the regulatory, to serve the industry and become the window and safety guarantee of the Provincial Transportation Authority.
On Dec 30th 2017, “Heilongjiang Province Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform” has launched and delivered a positive function of professional regulation and effective protection. In particular, when facing the severe weather conditions in the province last week, real-time monitoring data has been provided in a timely manner according to the requirements of the management department to ensure the safety of road transportation. As the cooperation between SAIB and Provincial Transportation Dept becomes more fluent in routine management, it is believed that the platform could surely contribute to the Heilongjiang Province in road transportation security.
