SAIB Renewed to be Contracted as the Insurance Business Consultant of Shanghai Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee（2018-7-25）

SAIB has recently been renewed as the Insurance Business Consultant of Shanghai Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee.

In order to further strengthen the risk management of construction industry of this city, and to control and prevent the unexpected risks of Shanghai’s housing construction, SAIB is renewed as the Insurance Business Consultant of Shanghai Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee to provide risk management services for the sudden accident occurred in Shanghai Housing Constructions for another five years. As early as 2013, SAIB has already been focusing on the quality and safety problems in the construction industry, and was involved in the whole process of promoting Inherent Defect Insurance (IDI) in Shanghai as the Insurance Consultant of Shanghai Construction Management Office. During the service, SAIB assisted in completing “Management Regulations of Shanghai Construction Market”. In July of 2016, to promote the implementation of <Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of IDI in Commercial and Affordable Housing Projects in Shanghai> issued by Shanghai Municipal Government, and enhancing the risk management in construction industry in this city, Shanghai Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee appointed SAIB as its Professional Insurance Business Consultant.
