Guy Carpenter and Allianz visited SAIB（2018-8-29）

On August 17th 2018, Ms. Laurel Tang, Senior Vice President of Asian Pacific London of Guy Carpenter & Company Ltd and Mr. Benson Peng, Director of Global Corporate & Specialty Department of Allianz China General Insurance Company Ltd. visited SAIB and received by SAIBUK chairman Kathy Pu.

During the meeting, SAIB first introduced its latest achievements in city risk management and catastrophe insurance. Guy Carpenter and Allianz both gave positive recognition to the recent progress of SAIB and expressed their intention to conduct further cooperation and exchange views with SAIB on Shanghai port catastrophe insurance project. SAIB and Guy Carpenter were the only two insurance broker companies signed the cooperation agreement with SHIE on International Reinsurance Platform. Guy Carpenter expressed its expectation of conducting further cooperation and exchanging views with SAIB on Shanghai port catastrophe insurance project. Allianz said that recently it actively developed its business in ART reinsurance area. They looked forward to conducting cooperation with SAIB in the future and participating in the Shanghai port catastrophe reinsurance project.
