Traffic Police Corps of Shanghai Public Security Bureau and Shanghai Lianyin Information Technology Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement (2019-04-10)
On April 3, 2019, signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement between Traffic Police Corps of Shanghai Public Security Bureau and Shanghai Lianyin Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lianyin) was held in Shanghai. Lianyin is a subsidiary company invested by SAIB, and it is also the technical information center for “Third-party Road Safety Monitoring Platform for Road Transport” operated by SAIB in nine provinces and two cities nationwide. Chief of Traffic Police Corps of Shanghai Public Security Bureau Mr. Xing Peiyi and chairman of Lianying Mr. Bao Rongqing jointly attended the ceremony and signed the cooperation agreement.
At the signing ceremony, Lianyin and Traffic Police Corps of Shanghai Public Security Bureau exchanged valuable experiences accumulated by the two sides in long-term cooperation, clarified the direction and key tasks in future development, and also put forward higher requirements and stricter standards for future work. Mr. Xing highly praised the important role of Lianyin in strengthening the dynamic monitoring and precision enforcement for traffic police, expressed the desire to deepen pragmatic cooperation and jointly promote further improvement of Shanghai road safety management level with Lianyin.
For a long time, Lianyin has been the technical support of SAIB and the technical information center of “Third-party Safety Monitoring Platform for Road Transport” in nine provinces and two cities across the country. These platforms report violations of laws and regulations in real time through satellite positioning systems and mobile Internet technologies, and they are effective supplement and powerful helper for traffic management departments everywhere. The signing of this cooperation agreement reflects affirmation of Lianyin by traffic management department. In the future, Lianyin will continue improving discovery mechanism, warning mechanism, feedback mechanism, tracing mechanism and analysis mechanism of the platform according to goals and requirements of traffic management departments in different areas based on the principle of “control rick, serve transportation, accurate detection, ensure safety”.
