The Ministry of Public Security and the Guizhou Provincial Public Security Department visited “Guizhou Third-party Safety Monitoring Platform for Road Transportation”(2019-07-01)
On June 21, 2019, accompanied by the leaders of the Traffic Police Corps and the Transportation Department of the Guizhou Provincial Public Security Department, the expert of Ministry of Public Security and vice-chief of the Traffic Police Corps of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region Public Security Bureau Mr. Yang Huanyou, associate researcher of the Highway Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport Mr. Dong Xuan, and the delegation visited “Guizhou Third-party Safety Monitoring Platform for Road Transportation” built and operated by SAIB, and they were received by SAIB.
During the investigation, SAIB introduced the construction background, platform operation, monitoring process and monitoring results of “Guizhou Third-party Safety Monitoring Platform for Road Transportation”, reported the third party platform data application and technology upgrade direction, and expressed the confidence that the third-party platform will make full use of the environmental advantages of the Guizhou Big Data Center.
The expert team commended the decreasing of the “two passengers and one danger” accidents and the death, and affirmed the efforts of the third-party platform to continuously improve the technical level and risk control capability. The expert group also put forward constructive opinions, encourage third-party platforms to make persistent efforts, seize the core points of major security risks, and effectively control the safety of road transportation.
“Guizhou Third-party Safety Monitoring Platform for Road Transportation” is the third supervision platform that has been promoted nationwide after Jiangsu and Tibet. Since its establishment, it has actively cooperated with the public security traffic police department and used its professional advantages to improve the road transportation safety level in Guizhou Province. In the future, it will speed up the technical upgrade and continue to promote the effective management of the hidden dangers of “two passengers and one danger” industry.
