Cooperation Agreement on risk prevention and control of liability insurance of road transport carrier was officially signed in Heilongjiang Province (2020-08-03)

A few days ago, under the guidance of Heilongjiang Provincial Road Transport Administration Bureau, the “Working conference on new mechanism construction for Heilongjiang provincial road transport carrier liability insurance and its pilot project for risk prevention system construction ” was held in Heilongjiang Road Transport Administration Bureau. Mr. Jiang Zuozhi, Deputy Director of Heilongjiang Road Transportation Administration Bureau, Mr. Zhao Bei, Deputy Secretary General of Provincial Insurance Industry Association, Mr. Sun Qingyou, President of Provincial Road Transportation Association, Mr. Lu Wanbao, Deputy General Manager of Heilongjiang Branch of PICC, Mr. Wang Qi, Deputy General Manager of Heilongjiang Branch of PICC, Mr. Ji Yisheng, Chief Strategic Officer of Shanghai Asian Insurance Brokers Co.Ltd. and Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Lianyin Information Technology Company, and the other relevant persons attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Huang Yuesheng, Deputy Secretary General of Heilongjiang Road Transportation Association, reported to those present  the construction plan of new mechanism construction and risk control system construction of road transport carrier liability insurance in Heilongjiang Province, emphasized the importance of fully understanding and improving the new carrier insurance mechanism. Mr. Ji Yisheng, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Lianyin Information Technology Company, Mr. Lu Wanbao, Deputy General Manager of Heilongjiang Branch of PICC and Mr. Wang Qi, Deputy General Manager of Heilongjiang Branch of PICC, signed risk management and control cooperation agreement with the witness of all the leaders attending the meeting.

Mr. Zhao Bei, Deputy Secretary General of the Insurance Industry Association, gave his congratulation on their successful signing of the contract by both sides on behalf of the Insurance Industry Association. He said that the new risk management mechanism is a very meaningful exploration and attempt in the field of transportation. At the same time, it promoted the insurance institutions to play their basic functions, achieved mutual benefit results in the coordinated development of transportation and insurance industries, and jointly promoted the improvement of social security level.

Mr. Ji Yisheng, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Lianyin Information Technology Company, introduced to the meeting the specific contents of the risk control system of road transport carrier liability insurance and the next implementation plan. He pointed out that the risk control system of road transport carrier liability insurance is a risk management concept initiated by Shanghai Asian Insurance Brokers Co.Ltd in China. Shanghai Lianyin Information Technology Company had provided specific risk control products and had been operating in Shanghai for six years. It had formed a set of scientific and effective mechanism, which had been widely applied to nine provinces and two cities in China, highly affirmed by the Ministry of communications, Heilongjiang model had been improved and upgraded on the original basis, and he believed it could play a greater role.

The construction of new mechanism and risk control system of road transport carrier liability insurance in Heilongjiang Province is a comprehensive system engineering. After the signing ceremony, the risk control work was officially launched. In the future, under the guidance of the industry management department and support of the insurance industry association, we will work together to promote science technology，insurance，risk control, improve the safety management level of the industry, and achieve mutually beneficial situation.
