SAIB 2021 Work Conference and New Year’sEvent were held in Shanghai（2020-12-28）

On 18 December 2020, the 2021 SAIB Work Conference and the New Year’s Event were held. The Board of management and key staff from Shanghai HQ attended the event.

At the meeting, Chairman Ms. Pu Huiqiong delivered a speech. According to her speech, the history of SAIB was reviewed in the first place to honor Mr. Harvey Ho, SAIB’s senior consultant, for his contribution to SAIB’s International development. In today’s meeting, Mr. Harvey Ho received a warm farewell. At the meeting, Ms. Pu Huiqiong reviewed the achievements in 2020. Under the circumstances of the unexpected difficulties such as the epidemic this year, SAIB faced up to the challenges and maintained stable business through internal restructuring, integration of existing teams and the development of new business. Ms. Pu Huiqiong stressed in the meeting that in 2021, conventional business would still be fundamental to the whole business layout. Beyond that, further development of international business and the development of technology in informatization would be both valued.

After that, the Members of Board, Consultants, Heads of every Department and Representatives delivered their speech separately.They reviewed the performance of the passing year, and they all reported their annual goals for 2021.

At the end of the meeting, the founder and former Chairman, Mr. Bao Rongqing, mentioned that although the company encountered various challenges in 2020, the company still maintained its good performance as usual. It attributes to the unremitting efforts and support from all staff. The achievements in the past will be the driving force for the company’s future development. Mr. BaoRongqing expected the staff to be united and the employees shall improve themselves continuously, to build a cohesive and invincible team for SAIB.

After the meeting, all the participants attended a New Year’s dinner event at Westin Shanghai.

The direction for future development was pointed out in the conference today and the event gave a chance for all staff, old or new, to get acquainted. It is believed that it was an inspiring meeting; a meeting with a clear purpose; a meeting reminding us to be true. It is believed that under the faithful leadership and with the unremitting efforts of all staff, we will certainly reach a peak in 2021.
