On January 19, Adora Cruises Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Adora Cruise) presented a banner and a model of the Adora Magic City to Shanghai Asian Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SAIB”) to express their gratitude for the professional and efficient cruise insurance claims service provided by SAIB for the first domestic large cruise liner, Adora Magic City.
The first domestic large cruise liner, Adora Magic City, represents the highest level of passenger ship construction in China.As the operator of Adora Magic City, Adora Cruises has always put the safety and health of the liner’s personnel as the top priority, and purchased the “Cruise Liner Journey Safe” jointly launched by SAIB and CPIC Shanghai Branch for passengers. Since the trial operation voyage began on December 23, 2023, Adora Magic City has successfully completed several voyages. During the trial operation, due to the impact of bad weather, Adora Magic City was delayed when it arrived at Shanghai Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal. SAIB attached great importance to this, and the cruise insurance service team entered the emergency response state at the first time to handle the insurance claims service of the out-of-risk voyage around the clock. Especially during the New Year’s Day holiday, the cruise insurance service team of SAIB worked overtime to receive claims materials and receive passenger consultations.
