Shanghai Asian Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. Attends the 2025 Shanghai International Reinsurance Conference（2025-10-28）

From October 21 to 24, the 2025 Shanghai International Reinsurance Conference was held in Shanghai. Shanghai Asian Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “SAIB”) attended the event, with General Manager Mr. Wang Chengbao leading the team to attend and take part in various conference activities.

With the theme “Walking in Tandem, Talking to the Globe,” this year’s conference focused on topics such as cross-border reinsurance transactions and the alignment of international regulatory standards. It brought together global leaders from the reinsurance industry to discuss risk governance and future industry development.

Over the years, SAIB has been deeply engaged in the Chinese reinsurance market, promoting exchange and cooperation between the Chinese and UK insurance markets, and working to introduce high-quality reinsurance business to China. In March 2025, its subsidiary, Shanghai Asian Insurance Brokers (UK) Ltd., was among the first institutions to obtain a trading seat at the Shanghai International Reinsurance Exchange.

Looking ahead, SAIB will continue to leverage its international development advantages and contribute to the building of Shanghai into an international reinsurance center.
