The Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform of Jiangsu Province Built by SAIB Officially Launched

Delegated by the Traffic Transport Bureau of Jiangsu Province, the Public Security Bureau of Jiangsu Province, and the Supervision and Administration of Production Safety Bureau of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform built by SAIB officially launched in the city of Nanjing on January 4th, 2017.

Officials from the Traffic Transport Bureau of Jiangsu Province, the Public Security Bureau of Jiangsu Province, and the Supervision and Administration of Production Safety Bureau of Jiangsu Province participated in the launching ceremony, and the Chairman of SAIB, Mr. Bao Rongqing also attended. During the ceremony, the Deputy Director of Jiangsu Provincial Traffic Transport Bureau, Mr. Wang Zhujun, the Chief Officer of the Traffic Police Corps of Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Bureau, Mr. Chen Yufeng, and the Deputy Director of Jiangsu Provincial Supervision and Administration of Production Safety Bureau, Mr. Yu Hongbin delivered a speech respectively. Mr. Bao Rongqing, the Chairman of SAIB, made an introduction on the establishment of the third party platform as well as its subsequent operations. The third party platform was unveiled by the above three guests.

In 2017, more than 30 thousand commercial vehicles from 13 cities in Jiangsu province will be monitored by the third party platform, and thus will bring a constant safeguard to the road traffic transport in Jiangsu province. This project tightly fits the local management characteristics of Jiangsu provincial traffic transport and also meets the diversified safety management requirements on Jiangsu provincial traffic transport. The establishment and operation of Jiangsu provincial third party platform is an effective execution that SAIB has been carrying to stick to an innovative way of thinking on the national traffic safety management, and is also an important step to promote the “Shanghai Mode” of third party platform on the traffic safety management to blossom nationwide.
