The “Tibet Autonomous Region Road Transport Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform “Built by SAIB Was Officially Launched
On August, 18th, 2017,the “Tibet Autonomous Region Road Transport Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform“ built by SAIB was officially launched , Mr. Bao Rongqing, the Chairman of SAIB and Ms. Pu Huiqiong, the Director of SAIB attended the activity.
“Tibet Autonomous Region Road Transport Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform“is based in Lhasa Economic and Technological Development Zone that is the only national economic and technological development zone in Tibet. The launch of platform marks the totally new model for road transport safety emergency management in Tibet. From now on, passenger transport vehicles, dangerous goods transport vehicles, semi-trailer tractors, heavy cargo vehicles as well as other commercial vehicles in Tibet will be monitored by the third party platform under its constant supervision in 24 hours a day.
On March, 16th, 2017, the Road Transport Management Bureau of Tibet Autonomous Region officially authorized SAIB to establish and operate the third party platform. During the short period of 5 months, SAIB excellently completed all of platform’s preparations. The company highly paid attention to the setting up and operations of Tibet platform, and sent teams including finance management, IT technique, admin, training and other departments to Tibet to build the platform for several times. During the time, SAIB’s team conquered difficulties such as altitude stress, Chinese-Tibetan culture difference and etc to smoothly complete the establishment of the platform, showing SAIB’s fighting spirit of “Being brave to move on in the face of difficulties”.
The official launch of “Tibet Autonomous Region Road Transport Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform“is the first step for SAIB to promote creative management over the traffic transport safety in Tibet. In the future, SAIB will continue to exert its strengths to root the platform mode into the actual working of transport management in Tibet to bring ongoing safeguard to transport safety management in Tibet.
