SAIB Chairman Bao Rongqing participated in the official operation ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>On the ceremony day, Deputy Director-General Yan Yun of Jiangxi Provincial Transportation Department, joint with SAIB Chairman Bao Rongqing, launch the \u201cJiangxi Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform\u201d. Director Yi Zongfa, Secretary of CPCPC Du Yifeng, Chief Gong Junji of Passenger &amp; Cargo Division, and Chief Zhang Huaping of Safety Audit Division of Provincial Highway Transportation Authority, and Chief Peng Yu of Transportation Division and Chief Zeng Min of Safety Regulatory Division of Provincial Transportation Department attended the ceremony. Investigator Liu Haisheng of Provincial Highway Transportation Authority casted the ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>As another agenda for the ceremony, SAIB introduced to the officers about the overall situation from a constructional &amp; operational perspective. The Officers also visited the Jiangxi Platform.<\/p>\n<p>As the Spring Festival Travel Rush began in February, the launch of \u201cJiangxi Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform\u201d would promote the conception of road transport safety management from \u201cemergency disposal\u201d to \u201crisk prevention in advance\u201d, from \u201ctraditional form supervision\u201d to \u201cdata precision regulation\u201d, and from \u201cgovernmental direction supervision\u201d to \u201cdevelopment of social resources\u201d, in order to promote a further efficiency of road transport safety management.<\/p>\n<p>The formal launch of \u201cJiangxi Provincial Road Transportation Third Party Safety Monitoring Platform\u201d is another milestone of SAIB after the launch of platforms in Xizang, Guizhou, Shaanxi and Sichuan.
