On June 17, 2019, the expert team led by vice-chief of Traffic Police Force of Sichuan Provincial Public Security Department Mr. He Yu and vice-chief of Traffic Police Force of Xinjiang Provincial Public Security Department Mr. Yang Huan visited the \u201cSichuan Third-party Safety Monitoring Platform for Road Transportation\u201d. SAIB was responsible for receiving the guests.<\/p>\n

During the visit, SAIB introduced the construction background, monitoring index threshold and monitoring results of the \u201cSichuan Third-party Safety Monitoring Platform for Road Transportation\u201d, explained the monitoring process and technology upgrade direction of the third-party platform, demonstrated the progress of third-party platforms in the use of technology, and also expressed confidence of connecting the Active Prevention and Control System in Sichuan. The expert group spoke highly of the results of the declining of \u201ctwo passengers and one danger\u201d accidents and death number during the long-term operation, and affirmed the efforts of the third-party platform to continuously improve the technical level and risk control capability. In the subsequent exchanges, the expert group also provided constructive suggestions on the recent and future work of the third-party platform.<\/p>\n

Since its inception, the \u201cSichuan Third-party Safety Monitoring Platform for Road Transportation\u201d has continuously played an active role in professional supervision, reducing the potential safety hazards in the road transport sector in Sichuan Province, and effectively preventing the occurrence of \u201ctwo passengers and one danger\u201d accidents. This visit promoted the in-depth exchanges between the third-party platform and the relevant management department, further clarified the direction of optimization and upgrading of the development of the third-party platform, provided an opportunity for the improvement of the seamless management of transportation management in Sichuan Province. In the future development, \u201cSichuan Third-party Safety Monitoring Platform for Road Transportation\u201d will not forget the initial construction of the platform, adhere to innovation-driven development, and provide continuous and effective protection for the safety of road transportation.<\/p>\n
