On June 20, 2019, Vice-director of the Road Traffic Safety Research Center of the Ministry of Public Security Mr. Shu Qiang, vice-chief of the Traffic Police Corps of the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department, and the delegation visited \u201cJiangsu Third-party Safety Monitoring Platform for Road Transportation\u201d built and operated by SAIB. Mr. Ying Minmin, Deputy General Manager of SAIB, welcomed them on behalf of the company.<\/p>\n

During the investigation, SAIB introduced the project background of the third-party platform model and its distribution throughout the country. At the same time, it expounded the construction and operation situation, operation mechanism and fruitful results of \u201cJiangsu Third-party Safety Monitoring Platform for Road Transportation\u201d. Over the past two years, the third-party platform has adhered to the working principle of \u201csource basing, checkpoint antedisplacement, fully regulatory coverage, dynamic management\u201d, and achieved a double decline in the number of \u201ctwo passengers and one danger\u201d accidents and death. The survey team fully affirmed the operation mechanism of the third-party platform and highly praised its contribution to the road safety of Jiangsu. At the same time, the survey team learned about the next work plan and profit model of the third-party platform, explored the inseparable relationship between the insurance industry and the transportation industry, and put forward valuable opinions.<\/p>\n

\u201cJiangsu Third-party Safety Monitoring Platform for Road Transportation\u201d, which is built and operated by SAIB, is the first third-party safety monitoring platform for provincial road transport at home. Since it was officially launched in January 2017, it has promoted the improvement of road transport safety situation in Jiangsu Province and the transformation of government functions, and has also formed a model that can be copied and extended, which has promoted the construction of this model in various provinces and cities across the country. In the future, SAIB will continue to play its professional advantages and provide reliable technical support for traffic safety management in Jiangsu Province and other cities and provinces across the country.<\/p>\n
