尊敬的爱达邮轮游客:
在2024年9月11日开航的爱达“魔都号”邮轮因受恶劣天气的影响,游客因返程目的港实际抵达时间延误超过6小时(含)及以上的,导致后续行程受到影响,产生的交通票据(交通票据仅针对飞机、火车及长途客运)作废、改签、退票的差额损失,或无法搭乘原定联程交通工具(联程交通工具仅针对飞机、火车及长途客运)而产生的当天住宿费的损失。以上费用按实际发生金额赔偿,且每人最高赔偿人民币600元。
Dear Adora cruise visitors:
The loss of the price difference between the traffic tickets(the traffic ticket is only for aircraft, trains and long-distance passenger transport) for cancellation, change and refund, or the loss of the day’s accommodation fee due to the inability to take the original connecting transport (connecting transports are only for aircraft, trains and long-distance passenger transport) occurred to the visitors by impact of subsequent trip because of the actual arrival time returning to the port of destination is delayed for more than 6 hours (inclusive) of the Adora Magic City sailing on September 11, 2024 due to the bad weather shall be compensated according to the actual amount incurred,and the maximum indemnity shall be RMB 600 yuan per person.
一、保险理赔材料
出险通知书每人一份,被保险人为游客姓名,标记 * 部分为必填部分,其他不用填,开户银行栏必须填全支行信息。
(二)船卡复印件(个人信息面)
(三)护照复印件(第一页)
(四)银行卡复印件(卡号面)
必须是游客本人银行储蓄账户,一人一卡;未成年人可提供父母一方银行卡但需提供出生证明复印件或户口本复印件等关系证明;老年人作为独立的被保险人也需提供本人银行卡(可以是存折、养老金卡等)。
(五)索赔票据凭证
原定飞机电子客票行程单、火车票、住宿费(需酒店纸质增票,名称为入住人,注明入住日期)等发票原件或订票、退票、改签等记录凭证。

(1)Original Notice of Exit

It must be the tourist’s own bank savings account, one card for one person;minors can provide the bank card of their parents, but they need to provide the copy of the birth certificate or the copy of the household registration booklet and other relationship proof;the elderly as an independent insured person also need to provide their own bank card (it can be a passbook, pension card, etc.).
(5)Claim Bills
Original invoice of the originally scheduled aircraft electronic ticket itinerary, train ticket, accommodation fee (the hotel needs paper tickets, the name is the occupant, and the date of check-in) or the record certificate of booking, refund, change and so on
二、特别提示
(一)材料按照每人一份整理(不要以家庭为单位复印在一起),材料不全或者混乱将影响理赔进度;
(二)多份材料可以一个快递寄出,不要以邮局挂号信方式,以免影响理赔;
(三)请仔细阅读理赔告知,不在保险责任范围之内的损失无法理赔;
(四)在收到完整理赔材料后20个工作日左右完成保险赔付,请核查提供的银行账户。
2、Special Notes
(1) The materials should be sorted out in accordance with one per person (not copied together by family unit), incomplete or disordered materials will affect the claim settlement progress;
(2) Multiple materials can be sent by express, not by registered mail in the post office, so as not to affect the claim settlement;
(3) Please read the claim settlement notice carefully, the losses beyond the scope of insurance coverage cannot be claimed;
(4) Insurance claims will be completed about 20 working days after receiving the claim settlement materials, please check the provided bank account.
