尊敬的皇家加勒比国际邮轮游客:

在2024年11月27日开航的“海洋光谱号”游轮受恶劣天气的影响,对原定行程调整,取消港口停靠,致使总停靠港口数量减少,一个港口赔付人民币400元。

请您仔细阅读本须知,按照以下要求递交保险理赔材料:

 

一、保险理赔材料递交方式

您可以选择 线下提交(快递) 网上申请

(一)线下递交纸质材料

邮寄或现场递交至:上海市宝山区宝杨路1弄3号102室 SC20241127航次游轮理赔收, 快递联系电话:021-54560928。不接受到付件。

扫描右侧二维码添加上海环亚保险经纪有限公司理赔人员企业微信,由理赔人员协助您完成网上申请流程。

 

二、保险理赔所需材料

(一)出险通知书  点击下载  点击预览

出险通知书每人一份,被保险人为游客姓名,标记 * 部分为必填部分,其他不用填,开户银行栏必须填全支行信息。

如网上申请理赔:无需下载出险通知书,以下(二)至(四)清晰照片即可

(二)船卡(即房卡)复印件(个人信息面)

(三)护照复印件(第一页)

(四)银行卡复印件(卡号面)

游客为成年人时必须使用本人银行卡(可以是存折、新版社保卡等);

未成年人可提供父母任意一方银行卡同时提供出生证明复印件或户口本复印件等关系证明;

 

三、赔款到账时间一般为 在收到正确理赔材料后的20个工作日之内。

Claims Instructions

Dear Royal Caribbean cruise visitors:

The “Spectrum of the Seas” cruise ship , which set sail on November 27, 2024, cancelled its call in the port of Jeju due to heavy weather. Each tourist will be compensated with RMB 400.

Please read this instruction carefully and submit the claim materials according to the following requirements:

  1. How to Submit Claim Materials

You can choose to submit off-line (express) or apply online:

1.1 Submit paper materials off-line

Please mail the materials to below address or deliver them on site:

1.2 Apply Online

Please scan the QR code on the right to add SAIB claim teams’ WeCom, the claim team will help you complete the online application process. (WeCom only has Chinese Version available)

 

  1. Materials Required for Claims

(1) Loss notice  download   preview

If submitting paper materials off-line,you need to download the loss notice, print and fill in.

If applying claims online, there’s no need to download the loss notice, clear photos of following (2) to (4) will be enough.

(2) Copy of ship card (i.e. room card) (personal info side)

(3) Copy of passport (first page)

(4) Copy of bank card (card number side)

★ Adult visitors must use their own bank card (can be passbook, new social security card etc.); Minors can provide a bank card of either parent and a copy of the birth certificate or a copy of the household register and other proof of relationship;

    (5)Claim Bills

Original invoice of the originally scheduled aircraft electronic ticket itinerary, train ticket, accommodation fee (the hotel needs paper tickets, the name is the occupant, and the date of check-in) or the record certificate of booking, refund, change and so on

  1. Indemnity will usually be transferred to your account within 20 working days after receiving the correct claim materials.
